Sunny days, late nights, and weekends full of sleep, fun, and social get-togethers laid the foundation for Kristen and Russell's summers at Camp All-American in Johns Creek, Georgia. Both counselor veterans, the two worked alongside each other for a few summers, eventually catching each other's eyes in a new way.
Fast forward through dates at Fox Brothers BBQ, vacations with Kristen's family, epic scavenger hunts, and the moment when Russell dropped to one knee and asked this pastry chef to spend the rest of her life with him, and we've got a marriage on our way, y'all!
I cannot wait to capture this beautiful couple's wedding at The Greystone Estate this November -- I know it's just going to be perfect.
Kristen and Russell, your love is extraordinary. Thank you for allowing me to spend a relatively small amount of time with you (can I have more, please?). Know that even in two hours of photography time, your love and care for one another radiated from how you interacted with each other. You have something truly special, and I can't wait to see where your journey takes you. <3
We began our session at Swift-Cantrell Park in Kennesaw, one afternoon in early April. I had just been there earlier that week for a 1-year-old session, and I knew those pretty dogwood trees were beginning to bloom and that there were great patches of greenery....
Their joy is contagious <3
After the park, we left for some photos at a hidden gem these two had found while on a walk one day --- Cauble Park in Acworth. The dock was unbelievably pretty!
I mean. You guys.
Thank you, K + R, for your laughter, romance, silliness, and love. I am better for knowing you.
until November (but hopefully sooner? can we get dinner???)
