Jenny and Gideon's love story began on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta. The two met at a campus church they both attended, and amidst engineering classes, rigorous academic course loads, and evenings that turned into mornings studying in the CULC, friendship grew and love blossomed.
When Jenny reached out to me on Facebook to chat engagement photos and wedding photos, I knew we would hit it off. I, too, graduated from Georgia Tech, and nothing warms my heart more than a couple in love from my alma mater. Not to mention the fact that Jenny was so sweet and had such a cute, perfect vision for her engagement session.
I had such a blast with you two, J + G, and I hope these memories help to kick off this new year --- the year you'll soon be married!! <3
We started our session out at Piedmont Park, where the ivy was a deep, rich green, and the sky kind enough to hold back the rain that had been forecast....
Jenny, you are absolutely stunning. <3
And of course, how could we be at Piedmont Park and not get a skyline photo?
We soon headed to The Goat Farm to finish up the shoot. Jenny had a vision of what she wanted both indoors + outdoors.... indoors, of course, was going to be a mini-celebration. After all, it was the day before New Years, and we were toasting to Jenny + Gideon's future together....
Outdoors, we took advantage of the gorgeous sunset spilling through the trees, the cool art installation of cabinets, and the brick outer layer of the buildings around the farm.....
I fell in love with Jenny's dress.... how beautiful is that detailing? Also, Gideon, sir, you clean up nice!!!
I had SO much fun with you guys!! What a wonderful engagement session to start out this new year <3 I hope your NY trip was an absolute blast, and I can't wait for October!!
